This course will cover common orthopedic radiology concepts and techniques, first through identifying normal anatomy structure and then introducing common abnormal presentations. Common developmental bone diseases as well as acquired diseases will be discussed.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, the participant should be able to

  • understand proper procedure and techniques to capture ideal orthopedic imaging.
  • identify normal anatomy landmarks.
  • identify common developmental bone diseases utilizing orthopedic radiographs.
  • identify acquired bone disease and abnormalities seen on orthopedic radiographs.
